02 Accounts
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
One person per account. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
03 IP & Content
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you create and post. By posting, you grant Limy Hub a limited, non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the platform.
04 Platform rules
Acceptable use
The following are strictly prohibited on Limy Hub:
✕ Posting spam, misleading content, or impersonating others
✕ Circumventing security measures or scraping the platform
✕ Distributing malware or engaging in phishing
✕ Harassment, hate speech, or threats of violence
✕ Reselling access or creating automated accounts
05 Termination
Account suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from settings. Termination does not void payment obligations already incurred.
06 Law & Disputes
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall first be resolved informally. If unresolved within 30 days, parties agree to binding arbitration.
07 Liability
Limitation of liability
Limy Hub is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.
08 Changes
Policy updates
We may update these terms periodically. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
